Saved item not appearing
Open Cache and give the item a moment to appear. If it is still missing, tell me your iOS version, device model, and the app you shared from.

Screenshot access
Cache only asks for Photos access when you use screenshot import. You can change full, limited, or denied access in iOS Settings at any time.
iCloud sync
Make sure both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and Cache has time to finish syncing on a stable connection.
Backup and restore
Before changing devices or Apple Accounts, export a Cache backup from Settings. Screenshot images may still depend on Photos and iCloud being available.
